**If we have four home matches a month then twice a month attendance will be required, if for example we end up playing 3 away games in Alton during a month then it wont be vital to go back to the pub, if you only attend once the fine will be £4, if you dont attend it will be a £10 fine, this will be at management discretion

If you get sent off, for ANY reason, as soon as the club receives notice from Hampshire then you will not be available for selection for any AWFC fixture. This is to protect the club in the event that you might just decide to leave. You will then not be available to play until your fine is paid. Normally this is about £30 but over the last couple of years we have had a £54, £76, £175. I’m pretty sure that if your name isn’t Will Rosten then we will be OK but just try and keep a cool lid on things OK.
WASHING KIT
Danny (well, Bex) will wash the kit every week there might be occasions where someone else is asked to wash the kit. If you are asked the club will reimburse you washing fees
SPORTS INJURY INSURANCE
It should be noted that Aldershot Wanderers F.C currently does not offer any from of insurance against injuries. Insurance against injury remains the responsibility of the player until further notice. For further details of Sports Injury Insurance please contact the Club Secretary.
MISC
If you are going to go straight to the ground on the day of a match please inform one of the contacts below in that order, if you cant get hold of the first, try the next. You MUST tell someone of your intentions otherwise you could leave people waiting somewhere for you where you will never be.
Substitutes or players that are subbed will be expected to run the line failure to do this may result in you being dropped from the next fixture. Having a linesman at each game is in the best interests of the club. It should be noted that failure to provide a linesman would result in the club being fined.
Please note that Internet Banking is available at AWFC, pretty sure there are some people out there who must use this, if you find paying the signing on easier that way you only need to ask and I will pass on the details.
End Of Season
Any monies owing to the club at the end of the season must be paid within one week of the season finishing. Failure to do so will result in that player being dropped from playing in the new season for every subsequent week that payment is delayed. The official end of the season is Trophy night. It is compulsory for every player to be present at any end of season event and do their utmost to get as drunk as possible.
Trophies
Any trophies that are to be returned to the club (currently the ‘Ellie May/Susan Brown trophy’ and ‘Players player’) must be returned by the winner on the last game of the season so that it can be prepared for the forthcoming trophy night.

Additional notes
The managers decision IS FINAL some of you might not like some decisions he will make throughout the season but whatever he chooses to do is always in the best interests of the club. Any indiscipline aimed towards the manager for whatever reason could result in being fined. This will be entirely at the discretion of the manager and could be anything up to £10.
